Sales & Marketing Manager

Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Hangzhou (Xiasha)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of requirements and specifications for decorative cosmetics products in cooperation with customers and our R&D department in the Group
• Planning, organisation and implementation of marketing campaigns and optimisation of marketing mix
• Research and analysis of relevant markets and competitors
• Observation of trends in the cosmetics industry
• Creation of information and presentation materials
• Support sales targets and implementation of business plan objectives
• Project management support (customer profiles, statistics, forecast preparation, etc.)
• Close client liaison and face to the customer (contact for customer inquiries)
• Support and active participation in international marketing projects within the Group
• Budget responsibility

Requirements:

• Completed education (degree) in business or marketing
• 2-5 years experience in Marketing or Product Management, most likely in related industry
• High affinity to decorative cosmetics (colour cosmetics: lipsticks, eyeliners, etc.)
• Possible sales experience also an advantage
• Fluent in English (read/ write/ speak)
• Good knowledge of MS-Office suite, good analytical and conceptual abilities
• Good communicator, assertiveness and authority
• Well organised and a team player
• Willingness to travel (domestic/ worldwide)
