Position: Project Manager HR Services
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and handle recruitment projects autonomously in line with our clients’ requirements
• Ensure the selection of the best talents for all open positions
• Standardize and advance recruitment process
• Communicate and coordinate with Department Manager to ensure the effectiveness of the hiring process
• Keep good communication with team members and help them to improve the whole project process efficiently

Skills Required:

• Min. 2 to 3 years experience in recruitment - experience in a multinational company/consulting firm preferred
• Very good communication skills
• Good project management skills
• Proactive, adaptable to a very dynamic business environment to support quick and high hiring demand
• Proficient in Chinese and English
• Able to handle multiple projects and interface with various groups of people in a fast paced environment

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above (human resources or related field)
