Accounting Service
We are dedicated to serving small to medium sized companies (SME’s) who normally prefer outsourcing accounting. Our function is to convert your transaction records into accounting entries, prepare the ledgers and finally present financial and tax statements in Chinese and/or English for the Chinese authorities and your review. We have confidence in understanding our costumers needs and with our specialized professionals we act as intermediate between our international customers and Chinese legal representatives.
We have senior auditors and accountants, who have been deeply involved in accounting work and are professionals in accounting procedures and policies design. Our role is to regularly update new development in PRC accounting, taxation and foreign exchange. We summarize these informations and present them to you in a regular interval. Most foreign enterprises need to report their financial statements to head quarter or parent company regularly. Therefore, apart from preparing PRC statutory accounts for our clients, we are also capable of preparing the financial statements under foreign GAAPs. We properly identify the GAAP adjustments and then adjust it with our clients. Afterwards we post into a separate set of financial statements, which serves as the basis for foreign GAAP reporting.
Payroll Service
