Recruitment Services

Over the past 4 years ECS has developed a robust recruitment process that enables us to find the most suitable individual for every position. We are especially experienced in searching local and international specialists and managerial employees for a client base that focuses mostly on manufacturing and trading.

We are aware of the fact that every client is different and requires a tailored search approach. Our multicultural and multilingual team is able to perform projects efficiently and in a flexible way as we are acquainted with the local talent market and keep the European standards and processes in mind.

In order to find the most suitable talent available, we investigate all available sources, looking for reliable performers who will leverage your business best.

Analysis and job specification
The first step is to discuss the requirements of the job and to try to get an     insight into the client’s business in order to clearly frame the position to be filled.

Search and screening
The search for suitable employees is carried out all over China or locally through internet advertisement and the use of our network. In special cases we will address candidates in suitable companies and institutions on the market.

-  Interviewing
We thoroughly examine not only the skills and the experience of the candidates, but also attach great importance to the potential abilities and the attitudes in order to find the perfect fit for our clients. At the end of this process we compile a shortlist of candidates who we think are suitable to meet the client’s expectations.

-  Client interview arrangement and supervision
When the client agrees to see a candidate we will make all the necessary arrangements for the meeting.

-  Client and candidate feedback
After the client interview, we discuss the results with the client and the candidate individually, in order to plan the next steps or to adjust further searching.

-  Facilitate offer negotiation and complete project
Once the client decides on a candidate we often help to reach a common agreement on the remuneration package. Our project is closed on the day the chosen candidate starts his work assignment.
